Here we've gathered the questions new importers send us every day. Didn't find yours? Contact us directly and we'll reply within business hours.
How many bikes fit in a 20 ft or 40 ft container?
A 20 ft container holds roughly 250–300 partially assembled (SKD) bikes, and a 40 ft HQ container holds 550–650 bikes depending on type and size. For e-bikes the quantity is lower due to battery weight and packaging. We send you a precise loading plan before you confirm the order.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production usually takes 25–35 days from order confirmation and first payment, and sea freight takes 20–35 days depending on the port. That means you receive your goods within 45–70 days of placing the order.
Can I order a sample before importing a full container?
Yes. We provide samples of every model, air-shipped within 7–10 days, and the sample cost is deducted from the value of your first order once you confirm the container.
What quality certifications are available?
Our bikes comply with European CE standards and the international ISO 4210 standard; our e-bikes carry EN 15194 certification and UN38.3 battery certificates. We also help you obtain the compliance certificates required in your country (such as SASO / SABER for Saudi Arabia).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 100 bikes per model in a single color. For OEM service under your own brand, the MOQ starts at 200 bikes. Multiple models can be combined in the same container.
What payment terms are available?
The standard method is bank transfer (T/T): a 30% deposit upon order confirmation to start production, and 70% after inspection and before shipment. For large orders and repeat customers we accept an irrevocable letter of credit (L/C). We do not deal with any undocumented payment intermediaries.
What shipping terms (Incoterms) are available?
We ship FOB from the ports of Guangzhou or Shenzhen (the most requested), or CIF to your port including freight and insurance, or EXW from the factory gate if you have your own freight forwarder. We prepare the full set of documents: bill of lading, certificate of origin, commercial invoice and packing list.
What about warranty and after-sales service?
A 12-month warranty on the frame and front fork against manufacturing defects, and 6 months on the drivetrain and brakes. Any part with a proven manufacturing defect is replaced free of charge with your next shipment, and our support team is on hand to answer technical maintenance inquiries.
Do you supply spare parts with the shipment?
Yes. We recommend adding spare parts worth 2–3% of the order value (chains, pedals, handlebars, brakes, inner tubes), loaded in the same container at no extra freight cost. This saves you months of waiting whenever a maintenance request comes in.
How do I place my first order with you?
The steps are simple: (1) contact us and we send the price list and catalog, (2) order a sample of your chosen models, (3) once the sample is approved we issue a proforma invoice (PI) with the specs and quantities, (4) you transfer the deposit and production begins, (5) we send the inspection report and ship after the second payment. From the first message to receiving your container: typically 60–75 days.
