Our OEM / ODM service means the factory produces bikes to your specifications and under your full brand identity: your name on the frame, your exclusive colors, and your own packaging. After 15 years of exporting bicycles, we have built a flexible production line that lets you launch your brand with one of the lowest minimum quantities in the market.

What does the service include?

  • Custom colors and logo: We print your logo on the frame using scratch-resistant printing techniques and design exclusive colors for your brand, with 3D preview files before production.
  • Spec customization: Choose the drivetrain (Shimano / SRAM), brakes, battery and motor for e-bikes, and the tires that fit your budget and your market.
  • Custom packaging: Shipping boxes carrying your visual identity, instruction manuals in your market's language, and warranty cards under your brand name.
  • Compliance certificates: We help you obtain the certificates required for registration in your country (CE, ISO 4210, EN 15194 for e-bikes, SASO/SABER for Saudi Arabia).

The manufacturing process

  1. Define the specifications: We send you the model list and options; you set the specs, quantities, and colors.
  2. Pre-production Sample: We produce a sample under your brand and air-ship it within 7–10 days for your approval.
  3. Order confirmation and first payment: A proforma invoice (PI) and a 30% deposit to start production.
  4. Production: 25–35 days depending on quantity, with weekly photo reports from the production line.
  5. Inspection and packing: QC inspection of every bike before packaging, with a detailed inspection report.
  6. Shipping: We arrange the container and the complete customs documentation all the way to your port.

Minimum order quantities (MOQ)

  • Standard model without customization: 100 bikes
  • OEM under your own brand: 200 bikes per model
  • Multiple models and colors can be combined in the same container to reduce your risk
