These terms and conditions govern your use of the Source of Bikes website and your commercial dealings with us as a supplier, manufacturer, and exporter of bicycles, spare parts, and accessories. Please read them carefully, as using the website or placing an order constitutes your acceptance of them.
Nature of the Service
We operate in the wholesale (B2B) export of pedal and electric bicycles, spare parts, and accessories for importers and wholesalers. The products displayed on the website are representative samples of our range, and specifications and prices change according to the market and order quantity.
Orders and Minimum Order Quantity
- The prices displayed are indicative (FOB) and are finally confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI) after agreement on specifications and quantity.
- The minimum order quantity usually starts from 100 bicycles per model and differs for OEM service and for spare parts and accessories.
- An order is considered confirmed after the Proforma Invoice is signed and the agreed payment is received.
Payment and Shipping
- The accepted payment methods are bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit (L/C) for large orders, and we do not deal in any undocumented payment method.
- Production and shipping dates are estimates and we make every effort to meet them, though they may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (such as port and customs conditions).
- Responsibility for the goods transfers according to the agreed shipping term (FOB / CIF / EXW).
Quality and Warranty
We subject every bicycle to a quality inspection before shipping, and we provide a warranty against manufacturing defects as set out in the order agreement. The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect assembly, or damage during transport after the goods have been delivered at the agreed port.
Intellectual Property
All website content — text, logos, and design — is owned by the Source of Bikes platform and may not be copied or reused without permission. In OEM service, the trademarks and designs that the customer provides to us remain their property, and we undertake not to use them for any other purpose.
Limitation of Liability
We do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, but it may change without notice. We bear no responsibility for any indirect losses resulting from use of the website, and our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the agreed order.
Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws in force in the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably first, and otherwise through the competent authorities agreed upon in the contract.
